More Injuries Involving Pedestrians

The recent pedestrian fatality involving Errol Hosein, 23, in Wilmington is not only a tragic event in itself, but it brings to the surface a more general, growing problem. In 2010, the rise in injuries that happened to people on foot rose an astonishing 19 percent, and likely has continued to increase in the last 12 months.
