I thought I had a perfect husband and a perfect family. However, my old parents didn' t think so. It is said their eyes told them there is concealment and fraud in my husband' s love. I had been quarreled with my parents for this time and again. Who would believe the person who lives with you is a cheater? My husband worked in my father' s company. For years he had been on the go and never at home during every holiday and festival. He alleged that he was busy on social duties after each coming in late. But as the old saying goes, the older the wiser. Things underwent a subtle change when I heard something spoken from my too drunk husband at a late night. "Madge, you' re a real hot babe...". Who is Madge? I became alert but said nothing. I would prefer to believe that it was a slip of the tongue under the influence of alcohol. Perhaps it is because of the severe pressure at work. With this intention, I invested much additional effort to create a relax atmosphere at home and care more about his daily regimen. However, the development reversed from what I would have liked. He was later and became more withdrawn every day. I was at wit' s end but turn to my parents.
My parents quickly and firmly began to make investigation and collect evidence. Knowing that he always took along with the Macbook I bought when he was on a business trip, my parents insisted on installing a key-logger software on it and sent him to go on errands, which would be end on February 12.
Clues and traces recorded by the key-logger shocked me. His explicit chatting log with "M-babe" reminded me of the name "Madge". The later timely logs even showed me several offensive screen-shots of the Net Video Phone. The emails from the key-logger told me that he will meet "M-babe" on the Valentine' s Day. I called my husband and asked when he will come back, and the reply was "Sorry Bonnie, the negotiation put off for three days... ". On February 14, I saw the last scene I want to see: my husband went in couples with "M-babe", the very girl in the screen-shots.
I presented the evidence and asked him for a divorce as soon as he came back. He stumbled briefly but then agreed with a readiness. However, when I told that my property had made over to my parents before marriage as a condition to marry him, he changed his attitude and entreated me for my pardon. I finally got at the real man underneath and, no doubt, refused to take him back.
This Valentine was by no means happy to me, neither to my parents. Even if they were aware of the truth, they don' t want to see me harmed. But as my parents said: the truth will usually come out sooner or later. Just go out of haze and threw off all unpleasant memories. After all, tomorrow, is another day!
