The deepest frustrations in men's lives have to do with money or sex. These two fundamental drives, the drive for success and the drive for reproduction determine our fates in more ways the most men realize. If we feel fulfilled sexually, then we feel good about ourselves, our sense of self feels strong and successful and so our life is a representation of that. But if we premature ejaculate, and are full of sexual insecurity, then we won't feel good about ourselves, our sense of self will feel like less of a man, and our lives will also become a representation of that.

When everyman is a teenager it's very hard to control their sexual appetites. It's as if their penis has a mind all of its own, so when a sexual experience appears, they have no control, so their sexual abilities are basically zero. But as a man grows older he should come into his own, he should realize who he is and make something of himself in this world. But for some men, sexual insecurity never leaves them, so their entire lives are plagued with their gaping wound in their sense of self.

The biggest step is the first step, its admitting that you have this problem. Then the next step is taking responsibility and getting it handled. There really is no excuse that is valid because with the internet there is SO MANY TECHNIQUES out there that you can't literally fail if you just put in a little time and effort and make the decision to do something for yourself.
